The Book Cover Diet (Week Two)

I have just got back from WeightWatchers. My weight loss this week is 2 and a half lb.

Tip of the week: If you are hungry in the evening, either find something to do with your hands, other than reading or watching TV (that always makes me want to eat), or have an early night.

Reducing calorie intake is only half the way to lose weight. Burning more calories is the other half. I recommend you do outdoors things, rather than books, telly and other indoor things. More exercise that way.

Congratulations, good for you. I wish I could say the same (she says, having just finished a cheese & lettuce sandwich and a Mars bar).

I think I need to go on the book cover diet, what an incentive you have now!

I agree with Captain Black, you can't do one with out the other. I'm exercising frantically at the moment but unless I change my diet of Cadbury Twirls and cheese and one crisps, I fear it is all for nothing.

Keep it up! xx
